Our company was founded in 1986, when ERA was a relatively new franchise. We chose the ERA System because of the ability to enrich the consumer’s experience in buying and selling residential real estate. To that end, our franchise has won a JD Power award for years 2003, 2004, 2005, for helping Buyers attain the home of their dreams. Our office is designed to be small and personal, this affords us the economic ability to have more full time professional agents, not those “dabbling” in real estate. Our office has a long standing excellent reputation in the area that has helped us become the market leader in Townsend. (We will sell your house or ERA will buy it!) In addition we offer several other products and services that help a home sell faster, and put more money in a seller’s pocket.
We live and work in our community, and as such support many local activities. Our Townsend Rewards program, provides a donation back to our community from each local transaction that we participate in. We hold public office in our communities, because we are part of our Town. The world is fast becoming one community. Because of this we recognize our obligation outside of local community as strong supporters of the national and local MDA, Habitat for Humanity and among other things, have elected to directly support children in Haiti, a program started by Realtors.
